Vitamin A can build up in the body causing problems for pregnant women, which is why we have opted to use beta carotene, which is a source and only converted into vitamin A when the body needs it. However, no studies have been carried out on pregnant women. For this reason, we do not recommend that women take Alline Procap while breastfeeding or when pregnant.

One capsule per day (hair volume and shine) or two capsules per day (hair growth²) should be taken with a glass of water and a meal.

Yes. To make it easier to take Alline Procap, you can break the capsule in half and mix the contents into orange juice, yoghurt or coffee, for example.
